Unlike some versions of DISC which makes participants feel pigeon-holed into one of 4, 8 or perhaps 16 possible styles, DISC ADVANCED® measures you and your preferences within a possibility of 44 styles

With a DISC ADVANCED® program, you receive the complete package:

  • Your profile drawn from a network of over 44 possible D/I/S/C style variations.

  • Two profiles – your Natural style and your Adjusted style.

  • Individual Reports for team members (non-leadership / non-supervisory roles)
